This solid bench is a must have for any serious training facility. Engineered with 60mm x 60mm steel that is coated with our matt black powder coating. Adjustable bar racking uprights that can be adjust to all desired heights to ensure you start and finish in the correct position.

This bench also comes fitted with J Hooks and resistance band pegs. The J Hooks can be fitted on the inside of the bench for all your pull up movements or on the outside (front) of the bench for barbell floor exercises and pulls.
