Sturdy.

After our 20 year old - very large - clothes drying rack finally gave up, I was despairing I wouldn’t find anything vaguely similar. Then along came this! It folds up very compact and fits a decent load of washing easily. I love the flexibility of being able to pick and choose which racks I have ‘up’ (or not) so I can reduce the footprint whilst still finishing drying those thicker items. Absolute bargain - many thanks!

Positives
It has a lot of line space. Having wheels is very very useful for us. It is somewhat modular in terms of only unfolding it just enough to do what you need and keeping the footprint smaller. It is also fairly high so less bending down and some longer items like big towels or cot sheets should have no problems with ground clearance.

Negatives
I have some concerns over longevity but I have not had it long so I don't know if its justified or not. I am a little worried about the strength of the bars. Some were bent and one even a bit creased from a bend when we opened the box, but they were very easily bent back into shape. It must be very thin metal in the rails. Probably ok for clothes but time will tell. I am also hoping that the plastic clips that are used to support the fold out rails do not get brittle over time and break. I should be able to figure out a replacement clip if that happens though.

Also, to achieve so much line space the bars are pretty close together, but nothing stops you from deciding to use every second bar if you are worried about air flow.

This is THE best drying rack in all ways- plant of room -variable heights on side racks to maximise space, holds at least 2 loads of washing and easy to fold up and store- hardly taking any room! Good quality, stable in wind . Fit well packed delivery.
